Junto Studios Works was founded by just one veteran. Its mission is to create a sustainable wheelhouse of 5-10 full time staff within a set of studios around which beneficial works may ensue. While there, veterans can retool and mentor others in how-to rebuild as a ripple effect. The work is done along three or four primary areas.

First are industry direct contracts, sub-contract or VA First opportunities in engineering, CNC machining, 3D modeling and design, prototyping, or fabrication.

Second is the work of applied R&D projects through SBIR and in-house innovation or partnership activities.

Third, is an active apprenticeship model where relationships are formed around a learning hub to help grow a strong, trusted, diverse supplier network that funnels out into the national fabric.
